    Being born in '92, it was most likely some band you listened to Pearl Jam to avoid! I'm guessing it was something like Spice Girls or Nsync!

    Good thing my dad raised me well, on classic rock. I caught right on, and couldn't get enough. Always thankful for that musical foundation. I was probably the only kid in school who could do the rap from Wannabe by Spice Girls AND knew obscure Who tracks like Boris the Spider :)

    Ten was the first PJ album I bought when I finally got into them in 2008.

    Springsteen "Greetings from Asbury Park" on cassette with my first 'stereo'.
    Never really got into the album (I was young and wanted Born in the USA).

    Next album was a double purchase of Document & Green by REM in '88.



    First vinyl purchase was Delta 9 'Disco Inferno'

    The first one I remember buying on my own was Sugarcubes. Had never heard of them just thought it looked interesting. Cassette Tape.

    Declaration by The Alarm was my first LP in 83 I think, I must have been 13. Purple Rain was my first CD purchase a couple of years later.
