Yeah I have to agree about the whole past shows section. It used to be so easy to just check setlists for recent shows. Now it's way too many clicks to just see the setlist. Turning it from 2 clicks into 9 is NOT an improvement. It may look pretty but it sucks to use. Bad web design.

What happen to the download codes. I had 4 or 5 left and now i have none?0
-
Overall I think the site looks great. But yeah, the past shows section is way more difficult to just look at a setlist. Needs to be simplified. Shouldn't be that hard to look up a past setlist quickly0

I think they expire after a year anyway. Perhaps they just cleared out the expired codes?cutz said:What happen to the download codes. I had 4 or 5 left and now i have none?

I don't know if they expire or not. Last time i checked(and don't remember when) i had valid download codes. I would think i still should have this year's? Oh well.0

This has nothing to do with updating devices or eyesight but, everything to do with the ten club dropping the ball with order history and they've admitted so! Either know what your posting about or don't post!lanoisseforp said:People always complain about the changes... Let's be honest update your devices or get your eyes tested... remember this is 2016 and we're 3.2 years short of 2020... Get over it!!!

I don't think it's fair to expire the codes after they were given to the members when renewing and signing up... one of my codes expire and I am not impressed either myself.. oh well what can you do?PJ_Soul said:

So for the most part I do like the changes to the website.
The "songs" (lyrics) section is just incredibly difficult to use now. I was using this as a list going through songs to get lyrics quotes, and this is now basically impossible to do.
The "Tour History" thing with the map is a full on nightmare. I much, MUCH prefered the list with the poster artwork.
Please make some changes to these two sections so they are more easily usable for users who frequent the site.

I agree. I don't think the download codes should expire, and I don't think it's fair that you can't share them with anyone either. Once we get them they're ours I thought. Why the restrictions??With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata0 -
I don't think I understand your complaint about the songs/lyrics section. You click on the song and there is all the song info and the lyrics. What's the problem? The only problem I see with that section is that the song contribution info isn't there anymore. I want to know who did what for each song. I am surprised that was left off.ldent42 said:So for the most part I do like the changes to the website.

PJS, I don't have screenshots of the way it was before, but I'm sure 10c has a backup of the old site design somewhere that they can refer to. The lyrics are now in the middle corner of the page instead of the main thing, so you have scroll through to find it, and when you hit "next" it goes to the next song in the album not the next song in the list. I'm not sure how else I can explain it.PJ_Soul said:

On the new Pearl Jam forum , http://community.pearljam.com/ , we can be logged in & never get logged out until we want too. The forum won't log us out if there's no activity for hours. But on www.pearljam.com, if there is no actively for a few minutes, the site logs us out of our account?
Try this out on your desktop PC. Using FireFox, Chrome etc.. have 2 tabs opened. Log into https://pearljam.com/ & http://community.pearljam.com/ . Both accounts are logged in right? Now minimize the pages. Don't view them. Come back in an hour & hit F5. http://community.pearljam.com/ you are still logged in but for https://pearljam.com/ .. you are now logged out? Doesn't make sense. This happens on desktop PC's & various smartphones.
I hope they are able to fix this.Post edited by demetrios on0 -
Yes and when I try to re-login on the main page (not the forum), the address bar in the browser window just goes apeshit. I have to force stop it from trying to reload, then refresh to get the login page. (This is using Safari 9.1.2 on an iMac running OSX 10.11.6)demetrios said:On the new Pearl Jam forum , http://community.pearljam.com/ , we can be logged in & never get logged out until we want too.
