How long does it take before the cd's are actually shipped? Ordered on August 14 but still in warehouse.

It varies it seems. I've ordered and had it in less than a week, but have read threads where it's taken weeks.

I ordered two weeks earlier than you (on August 1) and it's still in the wear house! Nugs emailed me today that they have a CD shortage.

for Greenville i got mine in 3 days but for Philly 2 shows it took over 3 weeks to receive. i think demand for show plays a role too.

Do what? They're not using silver's, so, there shouldn't be a CD shortage.

Okay I may have misstated a bit... Here's what they said:

"Your custom CD order is in progress. We ship all CD orders as fast as possible. Unfortunately due to unforeseen manufacturing delays our CD warehouse is currently behind schedule but still working at full capacity to fulfill all CD orders ASAP. We appreciate your patience. Please let us know if you'd rather not wait any longer and we can cancel your order and process a full refund. You will be notified by email when you order has been shipped. Sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience"

Now that doesn't shock me one bit. But, a CD shortage, was kind of shocking. Thanks for the clarification.

Stupid Canadian dollar. Sounds like I'll have to wait until the end of January to receive these since I have the shipping address as my parents Florida one. Thanks for the heads up

I ordered the Toronto shows on 7/27 and received them on 8/25.

Anyone happen to know what file format Nugs uses to for the CD's? They play in my car, but won't play on either of my PCs.

Ordered the Fenway shows on 8/27 haven't received any info. Usually has been a pretty quick turnaround. Looks like gonna have to wait a bit.

I have found that they usually average about a month. I have ordered plenty of merchandise from them whether it be PJ CDs through 10C or other bands directly from the nugs site. I love the service but these guys put the slow in slow as fucking shit. Sometimes I have to wonder if they have one dude in the back room with a single CD burner.

I once waited over 2 months for a couple bootlegs, from Nugs. I was getting no help from 10 club, so I emailed the president of nugs and my CDs shipped the next day.

I ordered some bootlegs on August 21st and have not received them. I sent an email and Nugs basically said they are behind on their orders. In the past when I have sent them a question on an order and it magically was processed within the next two days, so you might want to send them an email about your order. That has been my experience with them. Hope that helps.
