    Bump so people can see what is happening. I think st this point nugs is in over their heads and they should pause all future orders until they can catch up or at least say something or offer the digital download for free. None of those are really an option since that wouldn't by good for business lol

    exactly. to me the worst part is the utter lack of communication. i have no idea when my order is going to ship. if it is going to be another week or four weeks. it's just bad business.

    Yep. I just wrote them directly and asked for a refund. No communication is shitty service at this point.

    Maybe order them and forget about it and be happy when they arrive, always works for me on pre-orders.

    is there literally any other product you would order, be charged for and be ok if it took more than a month to be delivered? as i've said before these bootlegs are literally the only thing i've ever ordered over the internet that take this long to be delivered and with ZERO communication of when they might be. it really is absurd.

    That's great that your method works for you. I've forgotten about orders and by the time I've realized I never got it, the label doesn't have any more in stock to fulfill my order and fix their mistake. In the real world forgetting about your order sometimes means you get screwed, it's not just a matter of patience. I think one of the main problems people are having is getting a simple update. If there is a delay, I always update my customers. It's simple courtesy and good business practice.

    Here's what I got from Nugs, ordered them (Fenway boots 1 & 2) 8/31.

    "Your custom CD order is in progress. We ship all CD orders as quickly as possible. Unfortunately due to unforeseen manufacturing delays our CD warehouse is currently behind schedule but still working at full capacity to fulfill all CD orders. We expect all Pearl Jam Fenway Park CD orders to be completed by Wed. Sept 28th. We appreciate your patience. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped. Sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience."

    It's Wednesday, the 28th right now at 1:30pm local time, and nugs has yet to email me, but we'll see.

    I did the same thing. I just got tired of waiting. 10c ended up refunding the money.

    5 weeks to mail out CD's!? That's terrible. On the bright side, both Fenway shows sound great, so those of you waiting on the CD's have that to keep you going....
