At Logan for early flight. Still trying to process. What an incredible show. Fastest 3+ hours of my life. Best part was sharing it with my son. Thanks for the lifetime of memories.

Ending to Betterman was awesome. Not sure if Eds done that quite like that but I've. never heard him do it before. Segue to Save It For Later was anti-violence self confidence not gonna take it anymore and then a change from Don't run away to I'm gonna runaway. I have to believe he's done that before but a first for us.

Sorry. The world doesn't work the way you tell it to.
  • Processing...yup. So they say face melting. My ears are melting. Sorry I made it to 3rd row for encore and bumped into a few a you to do so. They crushed it yet again!

Yesterday was my 41st birthday. There will never be a birthday to top this. I still remember the first time I heard Alive come over the radio driving home late after work during my junior year of high school. Man, I've been listening to these guys a long time. Last night's show blew me away. The crowd around my wife and I in box 95 was great, the sound was great, the weather - beautiful, and the set list... I don't even have words. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Really wish I was at Fenway last night. Seems like magic was in the air and they played for 3:15?!?!?? Sick
My only consolation was I heard "I got a feeling" again Sunday night, by the original, sir Paul that was fun but I hate it when people look at their phone during concerts and I could not help myself, every 20 minutes refreshing the pj setlist when the wife wasn't looking, sometimes muttering "damn!" Under my breath ha.

When they say rvm was short, just how truncated was it to its typical monster? Was it noticeable?

Once again the Set List Gods have struck. Everytime Pearl Jam or Springsteen play multiple nights in one city I end up seeing an amazing show but...the night that I don't go is when they play a handful of my white whales. Friday was something that I'll never forget but can't help being a bit jealous of Sunday's setlist.
Was Sunday's show filmed? I'm really hoping that they do a DVD of this weekend.

Anyone see what got crossed off the setlist?

    Red Mosquito in Main Set
Mind Your Manners & Comeback/Parachutes in Encore 1
Parachutes crossed out again. Both listed on Night 1 & Night 2 set lists, but no dice!

Took my wife and my 70-year-old mom (she doesn't look or act it). Only bummer was that this was my seat (wasn't a 10c ticket):

Fortunately, my mom is awesome, and ended up taking the bullet for me (kind of tricked me into it, too), and once the show started, we were able to shift over enough that she could see the stage. She watched the screens, mostly, anyway, and had a FANTASTIC time (she loves PJ, and particularly Eddie; pretty sure an item on her bucket list is to give him a big hug).

I'm having trouble formulating words to describe that show. So many amazing highlights already mentioned. For me personally the highlight was NOTHING AS IT SEEMS!!! My first time to get that one and its in my top 5 songs. Loved it! Immortality was incredible too. Matt is just such a monster. Love this band and everything their music and energy brings to my life. I'm so grateful to have the opportunity for these experiences. THANK YOU ED, MIKE, STONE, JEFF, MATT, BOOM.

This show was my all time favorite. Philly 3 was always my all timer but this exceeds it. I'm wondering how I'm supposed to do any work this week at my job after these show. Lol. Gonna be tough.

Really awesome show and Fenway was beautiful, much nicer than my last time there in 1999. NAIS so early was killed and lived In Hiding, Immortality, Angel, Footsteps!!!

My section must have been corporate or something, so weak. Everyone sitting down for In Hiding, Immortality, Not for You (which must've been dedicated to them).

Tough follow up for me to Philly shows but they gave it a good try.

    Wow.
I've been to every Boston area show since 94. This one is right at the top with the Orpheum and 2003 night 3.
    Just awesome.

I keep looking at the set list and can't believe how lucky to have the rail last night courtesy 10 Club. My top PJ show for as many reasons but this set list - if they don't release this, I may have to go to Seattle, find them and steal it.

On RITFW Mike actually grabbed Matts spare sticks and a tambourine when he first gave up the guitar. Then he took Jeffs bass and handed him the sticks and Jeff was like wtf am I supposed to do with these?! Jeff went and tapped a couple times on the side of Matts kit, but thought better of it and then just started playing the sticks. Don't mess with the kit. Ha, ha. Good times.

I think what I witnessed last night was the best concert I've ever seen. Was on the field for both nights and the energy last night was Immeasurable. The show had a perfect flow and so many special treats. Hearing Angel and Breath in the same show was amazing. It easily was better than night #1. And I left night 1 feeling overwhelmed by what I had just seen. Something special happened at Fenway last night and I was happy to be there and be a part of it. Thank you Pearl Jam for being the best band in the world and giving your fans everything in you night after night

Wow what a great weekend in Boston. My wife and I met some really amazing people, saw some great historical places, got a tour of Fenway and did the Freedom trail, watched my favorite band on the field that Babe Ruth, Ted Williams and so many other hall of famers played on. The whole weekend was kinda sureal. As I lay in my air bnb bed in Jamaica Plain preparing for the 7 hour drive home, I am "grateful" to be apart of this fanbase that shares the same love for the band.
I wish they would have debuted at least one new song, but I'll take Angel

25th show last night and certainly a classic. Not sure if it goes to the too of my list but it was great. They all seemed to be having so much FUN, as evident by Jeff running around during RITFW smacking some drumsticks together laughing like a little kid! Great night, great crowd.

Also, did I lose my mind mimentarily or did they tease Wooden Jesus right before kicking into Breath?

I actually thought it was Grievance goofing on mistake of first show. Ed looked at Matt and laughed, but I could be wrong.
