Wrigley Sound Check

I take it that if we are early enough in Wrigleyville we should be able to catch the sound check from one of the rooftop bars or something. Anybody have any experience with the sound check in 2013?

    We're you able to catch it from a rooftop bar? Or just hanging out in Wrigleyville?

    I remember people listening on the street and people listening online from some earth cam or something outside a store across the street from the front gates.

    2013 it was the night before, there were a few hundred people standing outside, the bars were full, and they had a 10c rooftop party going on. I was outside and could hear everything pretty clear, then saw the guys come out and wave to us as they each got into individual suvs and rode off.

    Ar 2013 was fun the sound check..they played and we scream from the 10c bbq rooftop party and mike went down of stage and wave to us!!

    I was there! Standing right outside that night before. My girlfriend and I were in the Wrigleyville sports store looking around and heard another girl tell her significant other they were playing. We went out there and listened for a while, walked over and saw everyone but Eddie get in the SUV's. Pretty cool experience and the most groupie thing I've done to date.
