Logged in just fine, but under My Account, I only have Fan Club single .mp3s going back to 2014.
Admittedly, I don't check these things often, but shouldn't I have more? -- ie. dating back to when I first signed up as a Digital member?
Not sure if this has to do with the new pearljam.com, or if it's always been this way for me and I just neglected to notice...

Two big issues:
1. White background. This should never exist on a reading-heavy website. Creates major eye fatigue, especially at night.
2. Community posts have a default width in pixels, rather than making the posts as wide as the browser session open (so you don't need to scroll left and right constantly).

No problem logging into the forum on my phone (Galaxy S7 Edge), but I can't login on my PC, which is mostly what I work from.

I can login to my account on pearljam.com, but not the forum itself, so it's read only on my PC for the time being, which really sucks. Hopefully this is fixed soon.

Otherwise, I think the new website and the forum look great! I never used the lights down before, so I don't care about that. The text boxes are grey, so I don't find it too bright.

Pretty sure I noticed that you have to have a special character, an upper and lower case letter, and a number in your PW. I think this is the problem people are running into. Reset your password and make your PW more complex - I have been fine since I changed it earlier this morning.

"You have made too many sign in requests. You must wait for an hour before signing in" is a pain in the butt.

To clear your cache and cookies, please read through the following steps. Be sure you've downloaded the most updated version of your Internet browser. To allow your browser to function more efficiently, you should clear the cache occasionally. Log out, close all tabs, and close your browser.

Internet Explorer:
- Click on the SAFETY menu and click on DELETE BROWSING HISTORY

No, I already cleared my cache and everything. Didn't do anything. When I go to sign in it just acts as though it's trying to, but the tab says "Connecting..." and nothing ever happens. It won't connect. It's just stuck on a white page. Same thing happened in Firefox and Chrome. Anyone else with this specific result?

Maybe it's Pearl Jams polite way of asking you to move on. Maybe they think you're more suited for the Creed forum.

I tried clearing my cookies and internet files and it didn't work...
ended up changing my password and was able to get connected!!

I was able to log in yesterday at work but NOT today.

I was still logged on on my laptop when the change occurred and I actually have "low light".....

I like the new site so far....

Looks like things are working. On FireFox, I could only log into my 10club account, just couldn't log into the forum. But on my mobile device, I could log in & post on the forum.

I tried clearing my cookies and internet files and it didn't work...
ended up changing my password and was able to get connected!!

Wish I could try that, but I can't access my account at all anymore so can't change my password, lol. (Edit: Oh yeah, duh, I can say I forgot it and go through that way... and.... it worked!

).
