Ritz Carlton for us - we'll also be frequenting Night Shift and then Bukowski's on the way to the shows.
    2013: Charlotte
2014: Lincoln, Memphis, No Code, Denver
    2015: Sao Paulo
    2016: Miami, Columbia, Fenway 1, Fenway 2, Wrigley 2
  • When I was there a few summers ago... we stayed at the Colonnade. It features a rooftop pool which was nice and we walked back and forth to Fenway for ball games.

It might be worth a shot.

Stayed at the Colonnade when I ran the Marathon a few years back.

You get a free rubber ducky with your room!
You ran the marathon? Here I thought you were some kind of dork or something!

    Respect.

Im debating the Collonade, because man that pool. Or the Bostonian, which is far, but an amazing hotel.

Anyone know how mass transit is there? Especially after that Sunday night show. My concern is getting back to the hotel if far. You guys all walking, Ubering?

Bostonian is a straight shot on the green line from Fenway (probably about a 30-minute ride from station to station, Kenmore to Haymarket), but you could probably walk there faster than it would take you to wait for a train that isn't too crowded to board.

The Colonnade would be more convenient, but you wouldn't even get to take advantage of the pool at night (which is when it's most awesome, imho) since you'll likely be at the shows, preparties, etc.

I just booked the express deal through Priceline and selected the Fenway, Newton area 3.5 stars. The hotel that I got is the Crown Plaza which Is like 12 mins from Fenway staying sun-weds and it was around $530. Not too bad of a price.

Bagging rays and drinking beers poolside along the skyline before the show would be rather pleasant though.

My vote is for the Colonnade. I'm envious as hell. I have to deliberate the gong show Pemberton experience and you guys do prime time.

We are at the inn at Longwood. It's about a 10 min walk to Fenway by all the hospitals. About 200 or so a night, nothing special but has a bed, bathroom and looks clean....

We are staying there Friday night.

I think I'm gonna Airbnb it; if anyone is interested in sharing or such, let me know split hotel costs since they're so high

My wife and another couple are staying at The Verb too. I booked a few months ago (still pricey) but it's right next door to Fenway and seems to be a cool music-themed spot. Hoping it's crawling with PJ fans!

Good spot. Centralized in the Back Bay, pretty much halfway between Fenway and many of the historic sites and the waterfront. Enjoy!
