    I'm a platinum member of the TMR vault. I've loved every single one of their releases since I started subscribing around Lazaretto. The customer service over there is incredible! I asked them about the 10C code and what I ought to do. They said they would either credit my TMR account $15, or they would give me $15 back via PayPal. Figured I'd be getting some more stuff from TMR some time soon so I opted for the store credit. That's badass.

    I had a problem when I tried to buy it that the coupon didn't work. It was a matter of logging in first. Once you've logged in (or made an account and logged in) the coupon should work.

    I emailed TMR for a separate shipping issue weeks ago and never heard anything. Once I called them up they found my email and said they had replied. Nothing in my junk mail folder, and I've been a Vault member for years.

    I'm not seeing a way to apply the code - when I log in first it doesn't let me add to the cart. So I emailed them again a few days ago and no response. I wonder if they're blacklisted or something.
