    Saw them once in '97 I think..... Wu-tang opened & it was one hell of a show.

    I would be down for some new dates.

    According to the newest update from Rolling Stone it doesn't sound like a RATM reunion or shows. Sounds like certain members of RATM joining up with members of another band (probably Public Enemy). Still very cool but not quite was I was hoping for.

    Yep. Had my hopes up this morning so that was disappointing.

    I saw them open for U2 in Eugene 1997. Raw power! There were a lot of jaws dropped to the floor from the old school U2 fans. I was the only one jumping up and down. Pretty sure that was the only tour that Rage ever did with seats on the floor.... Good memories!

    One of the best shows I ever saw was Rage at the Roseland Ballroom in NYC just after the release of Evil Empire. Top 3 non-PJ concert ever

    Wow I saw rage at roseland the day battle of LA was released. I was 13 and in the pit!

    It's not Rage but I'd go see these guys in a heartbeat if they came anywhere near where I live. I guarantee it will be a killer show.

    Same here. I was up for traveling anywhere to see Rage. But this? If it comes close, I'm there.

    +1. Hope they create and support new music. Stoked to hear Tom Morello + RATM-driven versions of PE and Cypress Hill songs. Love Zach's version of 'How I Could Just Kill a Man' on Renegades and now we get to hear BReal do it himself :sunglasses:

    These guys should get their gawddamn shit together and play some gawddamn music for some gawddamn fans.

    They don't even need to get in the studio and make a new album. They can just get on a bare bones stage with some loud amps for an hour and a half... then go have fun while everyone else does too.

    A spin off band.

    well they did that 5 or so years ago. maybe Zack and the rest don't want it to be seen as milking it? Who knows. At my age, I might be a bit anxious to go see a Rage show. LOL

    If it's a GOOD supergroup I care a bit - I will listen to them and see if I like it. But it's a minor bummer after expecting a RATM tour or something, and it was an irresponsible and misleading marketing strategy, lol.

    I have the same skepticism for Prophets of Rage that I had for Audioslave.

    I loved SG, and I loved RATM, but I had my doubts about Audioslave when I first heard about the then impending supergoup / album.
    (& from a personal standpoint, I ended up being correct...... Audioslave did nothing for me - not a knock on the band or towards anyone who liked them, they just didn't do it for me)

    I was a fan of Cypress Hill back in the '90s (now I find them kind of silly..... talented, no doubt, but I find it hard to go back and listen to a lot of their stuff)

    I love PE, and I love Rage, but I have a lot less enthusiasm for this project now that I know more details.
