    This team overachieved, it was a nice small ride, they ultimately ran out of gas and their top players came up small.
    I'll be interested to see the injury reports coming out the next couple days.

    yeah pretty much. although the goaltending was outstanding (except for game 3).

    has any star in this town ever gotten ripped for poor play less than Giroux does? i don't get it.

    this team just doesn't have enough individual skill players. just can't generate enough offense.

    least was good to make playoffs for Ghost.

    G had a bad series . It obviously wasn't a good match up for him. Hard to knock a guy that leads all scorers in the NHL the past 5 years.

    totally agree. guy doesn't have much help either.

    voracek obviously wasn't healthy. he was terrible in the series (and didn't have a good year altogether).

    I don't think anyone on this team deserves to get ripped. they exceeded expectations during the year, then took the best team in the league to six games.

    I'm sure hextall will continue to trim the fat from the roster and make moves that will continue to trend them towards contention. Realistically, they're prob 3 years from being legit cup threats

    his numbers have gone down in each of those 5 years. 1 point in a 6 game playoff series is awful for a "supposed" elite player.

    Didn't think so... Cheers. I picked the pens at the start of the playoffs, but I would rather see Jumbo Joe and Marleau win it. Crazy to think that the Sharks have played 1902 games in their history and Marleau has played about 75% of those games.

    I picked Kings vs Pens at the start btw.

    Few weeks until the draft. Hopefully Hextall can work some more of his magic and dump some money -- Read, Streit, etc...

    Provorov keeps winning awards. He's getting a lot of Brian Leetch comps. Cannot wait to see him in the NHL.

    My idiot former step mother's idiot brother was a Flyers fan. I hate them for no other reason.
