Yes, the girl I spoke to with the Red Sox yesterday (3/17) basically gave me the same story. She suggested I call my bank. So... I called bank and they said they were going to look into it and I should be looking for a refund to appear within 2 business days. Now, I don't know exactly what will take place, but I assume this will involve my bank reaching out to LiveNation/RedSox/tickets.com to get clarity on the situation.

We'll see. If they refund and then re-charge me (as somebody earlier indicated), I won't give up. So if they want me to relentlessly call and complain, that's what they'll get :)

Ok... I just checked. My online bank statement shows the refund! It's listed as:
    03/17/2016 Credit Adj- Cardholder Dispute 85 $212.85

So, now I guess I have to make sure that Red Sox don't attempt to re-charge me

I cant believe this whole fuck up is still going on, sorry for you guys that were hanging in there.
Its an absolute joke that needs further investigation...it wont happen though as its only a few of us that got hit by it.
I lost money on foreign currency transaction charges, not just once but also on the refund just to make it worse.

I knew it was a potential hazard to jump in when tickets went on sale a day early. Not a hazard as in losing money... I fully expect this to get resolved for everybody. But I'm not surprised that we're still getting headaches from a crew that puts major concert tickets up a day early.

Just noticed that on March 6th, Live nation apparently gave me my return? Just showed up the day after I went to my bank. Is this my banks doing or is is just a coincidence that it showed up on my bank account now?

Not sure but I haven't contacted Live Nation or my bank yet and I still don't have my second refund. I guess the hope of getting the tickets is gone.
