    Are there any other presales for the show at the Capital in Port Chester? When I saw the email I completely missed this show and thought the closest for me would be Engelwood New Jersey on a Wednesday. I would much rather drive 25 minutes north on a Saturday then trying to drive over the bridge after work in weekday traffic.

    I think todays presale is a Amex presale.

    You might have to wait until the Live nation presale if you dont have an Amex card.

    Is this TM? There are typically 2 types of Amex presales:
    1) All Amex cards (no password required, just have to pay with Amex card), or
    2) "Preferred" access, which means you need to have an eligible card (typically Gold/Platinum/Centurion). This presale requires a password and it's the 10-digit customer service number at the back of the card minus the 1. So, 800 xxx xxxx

    OK Roger, I think I know the problem. The lighter blue dots on TM are the Amex presale seats which you don't need a password for, just an Amex card. So you probably selected those seats (because there are more of those than fan club presale) that's why it's asking you for an Amex card. Look for a darker dot that says fan club presale. Good luck!
