    Agreed ^^^

But isn't this just a pic from PJ 20? This definitely isn't new. They aren't all collaborating on something. Are they??

yeah, I don't think they are. Cornell is in the studio, though. It's nice to dream, isn't it? :)

Considering who originally posted this news... I'd say Glen is working on an album that Chris Cornell is producing. I'd say it wouldn't have been posted if it wasn't a "thing" and it wasn't ok to share. ;)

My main question is, whose album is he writing? Is it a Glen Hansard album and Cornell is producing? Is it a collab album with Ed and Jeff? All of PJ? Whose album is he writing is what I want to know! But yeah, the idea and the fact that likely this is happening is pretty f'in fantastic!

The picture is from PJ20, however, Eldarion75 is obviously from the future. Is there anything else you can tell us?

So much for having blind faith in certain sources... didn't even occur to me that it might be a joke.

You guys can see Glen on the James Cordon show this Friday. Is it the late show he does?

    Hope it's the car karaoke:)

Yeesh. This is the 2nd time I've heard Glen trying to cover Ashes to Ashes, and I'm sorry to say that I just don't think he's pulling it off at all. I appreciate the attempt, this being my favorite Bowie song, but it's really just not working for him IMO. He can't handle the intro, those keyboards sound weird, and the whole thing is just awkward for a song that is awkward in the first place. But yeah, I value the sentiment behind him trying.

I SO value him breaking out of what I feel is a comfort zone and going for it. It is really different for him, isn't it? I love the effort and the sentiment. And his passion for Bowie!

So it's safe to assume most of you came to Glens thing through the Once film or thrpough ed..either way an iportant friend and collaborator of his and the bands, Fergus O Farrell passed away a few days ago..he wrote Gold on the once soundtrack..huge loss to Irish music..

Just watched the Bowie covers again... I actually really like Golden Years, and Ashes to Ashes I'm enjoying more and more too. Passion is contagious...
