i really try to understand why this is happening..
im thinking, maybe peoiple dont read the email of the announcement and the details so understand how it works.
.then i think, they dont understand supply and demand ..
then they dont get the maths and numbers and what % means at the odds
then they dont understand what lottery means and random pick up means
then maybe they dont understand what priority means and how it works
but ,when i think, hey,im greek, and i read all this in english and i understand, how the rest cant when is written in their native language?
so my final thought is,that people understand only when they want to understand,
they like things only when they win and when they cant have or get what they want they just complain cos its feels good to put it out of your chest no matter if u are right or make any sense what u saying..
i dont know if there is any other explanation

Dimi, you got it right. Some people will get this right away. They are better at math and they understand supply and demand. Even if you understand those two concepts you could get shut out,but there are a couple factors at play here. 1. People are invested in pj and they through the math and odds out the window and vote with their hearts not brains. Hense GA or a show that will be super hard to get tickets.
    2. People over analyze
    3. Some people are not mathematically gifted- I'm not saying dumb their skills are just elsewhere. For myself if we had to do a reading contest to get tickets I would fail.

People need to follow the get yourself in the door method. Don't worry about where you will sit. Just be there and experience PJ'S music. I have sat in almost every section from ga to nosebleeds, behind the stage, side stage, etc, and you can't let that effect your experience. It is about the music and all the great people you meet.

Lastly, there are other ways to get tickets. I purposely didn't go for bos 1 because the demand was so hi. I have tickets to Sunday and you better believe I'll find a way into Friday nights show.

    Stay strong

Is really weird people still confuse lottery-which is just the system selling the tickets ,with seniority
Lets say tomorrow 10c announce that they will throw the fan club tickets from empire state building and u need to catch the tickets falling from the sky ..so members with 100 number will be there same as members 500 ..they both will try to catch them...IF and AFTER both score then seniority get involved for seated tix
This "im member 20 years and never shut out before" has nothing to do with your senioriry and lottery which is ticket sales method only!

I like the person who won tickets to one of the Fenway shows, the first show since 2011 that doesn't have GA, (meaning all of the front sections are reserved for higher seniority #s except for 1&2 and 9&10) and this individual STILL makes the time to remark about seniority not meaning anything anymore.

People don't wanna listen and understand. Just wanna complain when they lose. The lottery is soooooo simple and convenient. What I don't understand is why anyone would want to set aside time (off work or at work) to sit and F5 at the time of a sale. This is coming from someone that has been here a long time and I have lost the lottery more than I've won.

    Really simple...
    1. Seniority has never given an advantage to getting 10c tickets!! (Only better seating)
    2. Choose wisely in the window of time given and then wait and see. NO F5ing, stressing, taking off work, etc...
    3. Everyone has an equal chance. Seems extremely fair to me.

yes,,cos was 2 shows at ballpark and not 1 as 2013 wrigley
and alot already bought tix to other shows at north america..
at 2013 wrigley was the only show along with that canadian one..
so huge number opf people tried to score wrigley
they announce north america 2013 tour.after ticket sales of wrigley was sold out .
its a great exable supply and demand here

  • Nothing for me... entered for both shows at Fenway... sucks! Hopefully I can still find a way to be there... congrats to all that won (which looks like most of you).

No doubt that Friday at Fenway and Saturday at Wrigley would have higher demand than Sunday/Monday.
