    I have been to dozens of shows. I truly and honestly don't care about seat location anymore. I have only tried for lottery seats twice since they started the lottery. Both of those were for Wrigley shows. Yet, in the same timespan I have been to NYC, Moline, Milwaukee and maybe a couple others. I have no problem getting my ticketmaster seats, and just having fun.

    And now I am going to go back to NYC, show up at my seat in the rafters, with 4 beers in my hands. I will pass those to my new neighbors. Then I will turn around and get 4 more beers. Everyone in my section will soon realize we are GOING TO HAVE A BLAST!!!!!

    My situation is that I am behind the stage in the rafters. So be it.
    Now I could try to upgrade, and I have been on these boards for a long time. I know damned well I could resort to asking, begging, and pleading for a better seat. I know damned well I could let the word out to all my "contacts", that I need a better seat. But you know something? I just say fuck it, let someone else have the better seat. I will go up in those rafters, and have a blast. And I am not trying to look angelic, nor am I tooting my own horn.

    Its just fine by me, to take my single seat in the rafters and have a great weekend in NYC.

    This is the way I looked at NYC this time around.

    10Club tickets for my wife and I, for Wrigley 2 would have been $180?
    Well if I skip Wrigley 2....Roundtrip airfare to NYC was only $115.
    My single ticket was only $85
    And being able to leave my wife at home, and go get drunker than hell with my friends in NYC? WELL THAT IS PRICELESS!!!!!!
    For an extra $20, I get a little 3 day vacation!!!!

    Hahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!
