    Made it clear I didn't want mcadoo but I don't hate the staff with philbin as the OC. Apparently the Eagles wanted mcadoo too

    Green Bay was a top 10 offense in every year he was the OC and won a Super Bowl. With a role as an assistant, he won't have any responsibility outside of on field production. I think he is a great fit for a young coach who he knows very well. I also think it says a lot that he is willing to work for a 38 year old first time coach.

    Guess philbin isn't going to the Giants. Took a job with the colts. Thought he would be a good voice on the team. My biggest concern about this coming in came true. No change except for the head coach. Don't really see the point of it all right now.

    Hue Jackson to not hire a offensive coordinator and call plays himself. Perhaps the Giants dodged a bullet?
