    Aluminum foil... if you look closely on your boxes of aluminum foil, there are little tabs that can be pushed in. They then help to hold in the roll of foil so it doesn't fall out when it is pulled.

    my teeth are so tight together that when i use dental floss my gums bleed from force impact
    so i try to avoid dental floss
