Think this is next, been meaning to get back to this series but so many to choose from...may deviate quickly if I don't jump back into this world easily.

Good stuff, F Me. You should be able to dive right back in, but even if not, just persevere because it's a great series.

    Gone Girl

Finally. Had it on hold via online library for months. Massive waiting list for it.
About halfway though. Very well written book. Highly entertaining IMO. I did see the movie (twice! Really love the movie!), and am happy to see that the movie is true to the book. I'm sure reading the book before seeing the movie would make the book more enjoyable, but whatever.

There's been a plethora of books about The Who in the last year or so, to coincide with their 50th anniversary. The books vary in quality. I got this one for Christmas and so far I am loving it.

Begins by looking at them as kids growing up in postwar England and the rapid social changes taking place, while their parents' generation just tries to move on from the war years.

I'm about halfway through and I love it so far. It's very interesting and a lot more educational than I thought it would be. Gives a ton of insight into the behavior of our doggie friends. I'm recommending it to all the dog people I know.

I bought the Bone Tree by Greg ILes, then realized it is the last book in a series.
I am having an awful time figuring out what other books are in this series.
Anybody: Is this series worth it? and could I get a list of the books in order?
The worst of times..they don't phase me,
even if I look and act really crazy.

Has anybody read Naked Lunch by William S Burroughs?
I've heard it is really messed up and not worth the read yet it is a classic.
I saw it for $10 in a book store and wasn't sure if I should pick it up.
