Emerson Fernando Lima Should Not Be Dealt With

I have had numerous transactions on here and on the FB pages and I have had nothing but good experiences, I take my reputation on here very seriously, as should others.

Without trust on here we have nothing, therefore, I have decided to call out a irresponsible seller/trader that I would recommend people seriously consider working with in the future based on my experience.

He was posted about by others on the FB pages so I thought I would cover bases here.

I purchased a Welker PJ show print from Emerson Fernando Lima, he sent me an empty tube, which had no cap on one end and it had no customs information. My guess being that none was required considering it was empty.

When contacted, he claimed I stole it and was "shitting him", then he claimed the post office stole it. I didn't bother pushing much, it was clear to me almost right away that he scammed me and I knew I would have to move on to Paypal, I didn't pay friends and family so my claim with Paypal just went through.

I know of other members of our community that traded with this guy for the same poster and have not received anything. I'm lucky that I was able to get my money back, but a few members of our community are out their items now.

Anyway, that's it, take it for what it's worth if you come across Emerson Fernando Lima in the future.

I wonder - are there some international post offices that just don't have a good reputation?

Yeah it's certainly possible. The amount of people that have problems with this guy over this same print tell me that didn't happen.

I unfortunately am one of the other people with whom he "traded" the poster too. I out a similar post on Facebook and he immediately started messaging me telling me to remove it. I said I will only do so on my own terms, which I oasis out to him. He appears to have agreed with but we shall still see. Until then I'll be leaving it up

    Haha Dave, c'mon now... :)

I got my money back, I'm even, I would be more than happy to join you in raising money for the people who sent out trade items to this guy who won't get them back.

This guy has given us (me and MS23098) the runaround for weeks now. We sent him our spare Santiago poster with the idea of receiving the Welker in return. Tracking indicates that he received the Santiago on 11/30. He never contacted us, but we waited a little while, giving him the benefit of the doubt. Matt sent numerous messages to him on FB, which he never replied to. EFL only started replying when Matt said he would call him out on his shadiness if we didn't hear from him. He indicated over a week ago that he would send us a payment via PayPal in a week, which has come and gone for days now. This guy is shady as shit. We don't feel confident that we are even going to get the payment for the poster that we sent him... So we'll be out one poster that could have been used in a trade with someone more legitimate, and we'll have to try to find another Welker in the secondary market for 2x or more what we would have gotten it for to begin with.
We have been VERY lucky in our past dealings with other folks in the PJ community. It really sucks to get this reality check that there are dirtbags like this guy out there. It's all very frustrating.
Sorry to be whining about it, but I had to vent, and I know you all would understand.

No need to be sorry, why we want to out him, he shouldn't be allowed to participate in this community.

This guy is the biggest liar douchebag. (Sorry, not sorry, 10C!) Hope that comment doesn't get me kicked out... But he keeps giving us the run around... I'm sure we should just give it up and cut our losses, but I really just want to throw his name in the mud wherever and whenever I can at this point.
