    The packaging from Czech to the UK was fine - I get us Europeans have paid you a small fortune for shipping but transporting stock from Europe to the US and then back to Europe seems a little wasteful. Is a carbon offset amount included in the price charged for this item?

    Better than destroyed albums. Apparently the ones shipped within Europe last time were pretty mangled in many cases.
    I wonder if the manufacturer is flat out refusing to package them better?? I think it's good that 10C cares about the packaging - it's so important for vinyl - by how come 10C can't just insist that they use better packaging when shipping to European buyers? ... Unless 10C already tried that, and the manufacturer just said "if you don't like it find another plant." .... If something like that happened... 10C should consider finding another plant.
    I really wish we could know these kinds of details! Members are interested and like to know shit. :)

    I agree. I wish they'd look into a different plant. I'd imagine there would be higher costs associated with that change though and could open up a lot more complaining about price.
