    see i actually thought the Tate play was a touchdown. he had control and crossed the goal line. once you break the plain with control the play stops and it's a td.

    that being said yes they've made it very difficult to understand what a catch is. they've made it way more complicated then it has to be.

    Career 98% rating, 64% completion percent, rarely turns the ball over, has over 2k rushing yards and has never had a legit weapon to throw to until this year. I would love him to be the Eagles qb.
