I've always found it quite interesting when I see someone comes on the internet to argue and then make fun of people who come on the internet to argue?

and makes jokes about saying "stupid shit" because they did drugs at a young age, something they have previously admitted to.

and pigeon holes people into one ideology and way of thinking, with little to no evidence of that, all the while doing the same themselves.

I just found out over the weekend that even my parents won't vote for harper. they are voting Justin strategically (which many seem to be doing) just to "get harper out".

I am not saying harper did it himself but all factions of the govt had to work together to secure his release.
In turn he repays the current govt with a slap to the face.

Choosing who to vote for or not to vote for is not supposed to be something that can be 'bought', whatever the currency may have been. It is his basic right as a Canadian to choose, without being chastised for it. Also thank you for making my point by not being able to refrain from calling one of the candidates names in your rebuttal. You may not like a candidate or a party leader but when you stoop to calling them names it negates the validity of your statement.

Insults is not partisan here. Have a look at some previous posts. A lot of venom spitting socialists on here.

I am not disagreeing with you. This is not a one party over another discussion it is a portrayal of ideals discussion. I may not agree with your view point but you have succinctly laid out why your view points are what they are. You may be calling your fellow voters names but I did not see that with regards to the parties. If I have missed that please excuse the error.

Ok, repay not in the literal sense.
But there is diplomatic processes that were undertaken to free this man.
In turn diplomacy should've been shown in the press.
Any validity he has going forward is gone.
He has dual citizenship and cried Canadian when in trouble now he cries that he is a poor Canadian mistreated by the govt.
Journalist or not you can't have your cake......

That is a valid point of view, I do not agree but at least your argument has some merit now. I find neither journalists or politicians can be relied on to not have their cake....

He's not done yet: Canada Post, despite reporting large profits, is moving to community mail boxes eliminating a massive number of working class people. The auto industry is getting beat down. And the list goes on.

Instead of demanding corporations pay their fair share of taxes, he shrinks our workforce. Say nothing of compromising our national values as he strokes international interests... he's secretive and he's scandalous.

He can't run his campaign on his body of work because its been poor: instead he resorts to the oldest method- attacking and discrediting his opponents to strike fear in the 'drooling fools'. This is where my original comment was borne from: he's not worth a vote for most... and if someone is voting for him fearing that 'the other guy's not ready yet'... they've bought the tactic.

After such a lengthy term... he should be able to present his work and not even acknowledge his opposition. He can't though. It's simply not impressive.
