    Thanks! I'm trying to add just a little more time every time I run. 10 or 15 seconds at a time. From where I'm at now to a 5K seems daunting, but I'll keep at it!

    There is something wonderful about the songs on "Ten." I ran to the Philly 2005 concert bootleg this morning. Once and Evenflow are incredible live, and as running songs. Yay, PJ!

    Denmark was out to 'run' it( The Incline).

    Ran 1.75 miles non-stop. Only 1.25 miles until I take myself to Philadelphia and take a picture with Rocky. Yay!

    3 mile non-stop run earlier this evening. Time to visit Philadelphia, and say "hey!" to my bud, Rocky Balboa :)
