    That´s correct. According to the vendor`s website, those who have "cancha especial" or "cancha preferencial" are ok, the rest will have to choose between 6 options....

    If I understand it correctly, it's not that there are 6 options for the new venue. There are only 2 locations available, "cancha especial" (front floor) and "cancha preferencial" (back floor), and they are offering relocation options for each of the 6 locations available at the prior venue.

    those who have occidente especial, will have early entrance. thats a high bonus.....only general admision on this concert will be very tight i think so. reevaluating for going to COL....foro sol or argentina on my mind

    shows are 50-70k venues...and especially brazil pricesis crazy expensive...250$ per tix
    i think chile and mexico will sell out..which has most cheap tix..

    Has anyone exchanged their Bogota tickets yet? From what I read on the site, if you have Cancha Especial from the old venue you can get into Cancha Especial in new venue with old tickets. If you have Cancha preferencial in the old venue then you can use those for Cancha preferencial in the new venue, but could upgrade to Cancha Especial for a fee.

    Am I looking at this right?

    That is what I read ( I have Cancha Especial etickets) though I contacted tuboleta as it also said to contact them on etickets. Tuboleta unresponsive so I reached out to 10c for help and communicating with them. If I get any updates I will make sure to post here as well.

    That's how I read it too, but I'm having a different issue. On my "purchase history" for Tuboleta it is not showing any tickets for me! My credit card was charged in May when I bought them, but now nothing. Tuboleta unresponsive to my questions as well, although they did include me on a mass email today explaining the situation. This time, the exchange sounds a little different, but could be my Google translator is just not very effective.
