Was wondering about that. The one who bailed won the bid @ $330. The 2nd highest bidder was $325. Just 5 bucks. Could of just given it to that bidder.

would save on fees and such I would think if just did the 2nd chance offer instead of relisting etc? time too which is more important plus you risk things by it closing way much lower than 325 this time around

wow, WTH is wrong with people? Why would people bid like that only to back out? Sorry for your frustrations! I apologize on behalf of the human population!!

Well the only one who acted poorly was the winner who didn't pay. The person who came in 2nd may have spent that money on something else once he lost.

thats not even the point anymore, but more how unprofessional the 10c is when it comes to the logistics of customer service.

there weren't that many to begin with, and only a few members didn't receive theres in the mail.

my problem with the 10c is the fact that they just don't care if your order gets lost or not. they did nothing when i asked about my order and the mysterious tracking number which i never got either.

i also asked not to be refunded because i knew one would pop up.

sure enough i was refunded anyway.

2 years later what a surprise 10c has one for sale on eBay and I'm sure won't be the last.

I think he meant that some copies got lost in the mail during the original on sale. He thought it would of been better customer service to use the spare copies to make up for them being lost in the mail. IE send out a 2nd copy to those members. It left a bad taste in his mouth that 10c refunded the order but has found many spare copies to sell during the mystery vinyl and ebay auctions.

I think it's a valid argument. The 10c seems to keep a stash of almost any release they put out (which makes sense). It's a bit of a shame they don't use a few of the copies to make up for ones lost/stolen/destroyed through the postal service. It's not really 10c's fault when UPS or USPS makes a mistake with delivery, but it's still great customer service to make up for it anyways

I know, and I get that, and it sucks. I don't know how many people's went missing, but probably more than the extra odd copy they have leftover. So, my point is, how do you decide which of the people who missed out get the copy? And what about the rest of them?

Did that many copies really go missing? Missing packages is usually a rarity. I assumed it was a handful at best.
