    Back on subject......Sorry

This morning I saw the Family and friends of Bland protesting,Marching and Chanting "No Justice,no peace".And they want the officer Fired and Charges brought up.
This is what I was talking about in the title.Where was this case about race? Where was the civil rights violation? Where was the violence against Bland ,other then her own hand?
I'm not seeing it.Not because I'm white and don't understand, but because I have common sense and this has the makings of a trumped up situation.

    It's nonsense.

And it's ridiculous that this family is getting urged on by some that have an axe to grind... but nowhere to wield it- this is the closest thing there is right now in the mainstream media depicting the racial divide in America.

So It's conclusive that she hung herself that she actually did it ..ok then case closed she was demented and decided to kill herself over a traffic violation ....all cases should be so easy to figure out no police abuse here ok ....

Why are some of you so pro defendant and anti police? You guys seem to dismiss the facts and hold onto some us Against the establishment kinda vibe.
Jose, unless the cops are invisible and snuck into a closed jail cell in front of many witnesses and cameras then she did this.No Magic bullet here.

Do you not see the race card get stroked here when there is ZERO to back it up.This is part of the divide, not part of what brings folks together.

Just like the Brown case. Many fought tooth and nail, propping up that thug criminal and in the end facts and evidence proved he was in the wrong. But some of you still wouldn't except that finding.
Again nothing improper here, sick woman died in a moment of weakness.Tragic, yes but illegal no.

    (Sarcasm noted).

And it would be about race because the whole police/race issue would likely be what the cops murdered her over (to avoid being accused of it, given the arrest video). That's what I think is going on. That woman did not kill herself. I don't believe it for a second.

Most of you would think the video is doctored anyway.

I would think if the authorities have such video why wouldn't they present it to a Representative or family member to show them proof to squash any wrong doing on their part

I'll echo what I said before. No one is responsible for her death but her self. Thousands are arrested daily. Not all kill them selves. Anyone decides to do so, regardless of reason, it's on them. Period.

Again, not one other mention of the white man who was killed due from suffocation by police negligence. If he was black the whole situation would be different, same with if bland was white.

It's manufactured race war bullshit by the media, to have us clash with one another when shit hits the fan, opposed to us banding together and fighting the people making decisions. Think about this!

Is there any indication at all that this girl did not kill herself? I understand the frustration with the arrest but I don't see where the suspicion that she was murdered is coming from.

That's easy. People hate cops and think they are the devils minions.

in many cases they are. the cops deserve every bit of criticism they receive.

Also in many cases cops receive unwarranted criticism.

The attitude almost parallels that of a racist: no matter what the circumstances... people rush to judgement because of the inherent bias that exists within them. Then they'll either deny doing so or justify doing so despite the fact that the fact pattern clearly yields something contrary to their assertions.

We've got reasonable people on here stating they know this woman never hung herself. So, in other words, they are saying they know cops killed her by hanging her in her cell. They ignore the fact that this woman had frequently talked of killing herself, was clinically depressed, and was acting erratic at a routine traffic stop... to paint the police as murderers.

    Yikes.

It will be interesting to see how quickly this trade dies when the facts come out and support the cops.
