GOODNESS 20th Anniversary Show w/ special guests
Saturday, Oct 24, 2015 9:00 PM PDT (8:00 PM Doors)
Tractor, Seattle, WA
21 years and over
Additional Information
Of all the great bands to come out of Seattle in the 1990's Goodness may well have been the best.
Carrie Akre is (in my relatively humble opinion) the greatest rock vocalist of all time. Her potent and powerful voice can and will go anywhere she wills it.
Danny Newcomb belongs in that highest class of guitarist along with Hendrix, Neilsen, Clapton, May, Page, Santana etc.
Chris Friel is a rock solid drummer who could play with anyone and is much in demand.
Garth Reeves is also an awesome guitarist, perfectly complementing the subdued superhero of the strings (Mr Danny Newcomb to you).
Fiia McGann completes the ultra solid rhythm section and contributes hauntingly beautiful background vocals that intertwine with Carrie's and create a unique hard driving feminine rock sound.
