    Lying in a hospital, just had my sinus operation so looking very pretty with dressings on my face!

    Hahaha! There are some stairs by my house that I will train on...as soon as the weather quits being sweltering hot.

    Yep! People use the Incline to train for The Ascension ( a marathon up and back down Pike's Peak.) it's aGnarly run for sure!
