    Used to in boot camp. The trick is to get close to the wall where you are facing it about 4 to 6 inches away. Put the top of your foot against the wall keeping your heel on the floor. Lean forward and put your nose on the wall keeping your feet as they were. You may need to adjust the distance away from the wall to get it to where you are stretching your feet and calfs really well. Gets rid of a cramp in those areas quickly.

    If you were a dog and got out, would you go crap in everyone's yard you dont like?

    Lol!! No. Because dogs don't think like that! So if I was a dog, I'd think like a dog, and revenge is not something a dog thinks about.. Now.. If I was a dog, and there was a yard belonging To other dogs.. Then yes, cause dogs DO shit to mark territory. ;-)
