Is there a live version of this song that Ed doesn't completely fuck up the lyrics? I like the song, but the boots I have with it are a complete train wreck.

    The San Diego 2013 performance of the song is a train wreck. He just couldn't remember the lyrics. It happens. If you think that's too negative, oh well. My point is, I like the song and would like to have a live version that is a really solid performance lyrically. So, I was hoping someone could point me to a show they've heard a solid version. That's all.

    I don't think you're being negative op, this is the one tune that i haven't heard a good performance of.

    Of course when I'm rocking out in the car, I stumble over these lyrics too :lol:

    I think the Worchester 1 version is good...not 100% sure but I remember it being solid...Maybe the first time live?

    A few of the LB songs were fucked up for pretty much the entire LB tour (i.e. Getaway, Sirens). Lyrics, schmiricks. I just want the songs to be in the right key at least .... I'm not sure if those kinks are permanent or if they will be worked out at some point, but hopefully the latter.
