how awesome would a tour like this be stopping at a bunch of small theaters from the past.
Let's say knowledge is a tree,
It's growing up just like me

Imagine trying to get airfare with a weeks notice. The small venue thing is cool though.

If they do decide to copy Prince I hope that the band won't go as far as to wear Lululemon yoga pants.

No thank you. It would be so stressful! Prince is awesome, though.

It would be nuts!! But I'm sure we will see the same fan's up front for 5 or all of those PJ theater shows, somehow ...

lol it would suck. most of us would be on here bitching about how we didn't get tickets. It's hard enough getting PJ tickets to venues that hold 16 to 20 thousand people. It would be a complete write off if they played 2000 seat venues. Most of us wouldn't get to go.
  • The London shows last year were amazing but the lines to get in were ridiculous. Small venues are great but it leaves a lot of people very disappointed. His big venue shows are just as good; the "21 nights in London" shows are still up there with the best I've seen. And Manchester last year was phenomenal.

Get there EARLY people!!!! You might get in........

  • Would love to see a small venue acoustic tour - the Foos did it - amazing. Saw Prince at Mohegun Sun in CT - F'N awesome! Never a big fan but after Super Bowl halftime show told my wife that we needed to see him live. BTW - Great story about Taylor Hawkins and Best of You cover by Prince - “I mean, I’m outside smoking a cigarette with [Rush drummer] Neil Peart and someone sticks their head outside and goes, ‘Uh, dude, Prince is doing your song.’ - Full story: http://www.mtv.com/news/1551990/foo-fighters-have-no-idea-why-prince-covered-their-song-at-super-bowl/
