New boots on iTunes Match

The files from the 2014 boots are "Ineligible" for iTunes match. Found this on the Apple Forums: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5001663?start=0&tstart=0

I guess the files are too good for iTunes to handle but my 2013 boots worked fine and they were also ALACHD. What has changed?

    My 2014 boots are on iTunes Match. I bought Detroit in the Apple Flac format.

    Maybe try converting the files to apple lossless, or removing from your library and re-importing as new. iTunes match is great but still buggy after 2 years.

    For some reason the downloads are MPEG 4 video files. Elderly Woman... from Moline is 85mb! When I concert them to Apple Lossless audio (m4a) they go onto match just fine.

    It is only audio, but they are MPEG4 video files. When I double click, they open in Quicktime, not iTunes. Yes I downloaded them from 10C.

    I've got quite a few lossless boots from 2014 and had no issues uploading to iTunes Match. That's odd that yours are downloading as MPEG 4s?

    Yea I'm surprised no one else has experienced the same. I bough ALACHD... but I'm sure that the 2013 ones were also ALACHD. I guess it's not a problem as I can just convert to m4a but it's still weird.
