Track listing may vary

im looking at Moline and Milwaukee on the main tour page of the website and both say 'track listing may vary from original set list'.
Is this just to cover themselves or are there differences?
It doesn't mention that in the bootleg shop section

    Also, on occasion the posted setlists are incorrect. This one has been missing Gone for more than a year. It was played that night (for the first time since the Spectrum, I believe) and if you buy the boot you'll hear it, but it is missing from the "official" record.

    can't find any info on why this is missing from the vault 4.
    Yeh I've seen Pearl Jam, too. But I can't remember the dates.
