Check that your details are all complete and up to date on your Pono account. Mine was missing a phone contact num- as soon as I added it - player arrived within 3 days.

For the PJ Pono player? WOW!!!! They told me something else. That all their signature series Pono Players would all be going out first. Then the black & yellow Pono Players are going out early December.
After a week I just got a response saying that all my info looks correct. that they are sending them out everyday and when mine is shipped I will get an email. That's all
Still patiently waiting. I've not tried to contact Pono nor have I heard peep via email or my online account about the status. Good to hear mine is not the only one in limbo.
I estimate I was around #160 to order. Realized a couple of weeks ago thru info posted on PJ forums that my phone number was required as part of Pono online profile. Added it at least two weeks ago but still no info on status of player 8-|
Thanks for posting #. I decided to give them a shout and spoke w/ a sales rep who said they're planning to ship all remaining LE orders by early Dec. My response: "So, you're saying my order will ship w/n the next two weeks". Sales rep: "Yes, that's what we're shooting for."
The way I look at it, this gives me some extra time to tuck away some $$$ for a nice set of cans.

I'm still waiting for the "October" Black Pono Player. Which sucks because I canceled my December order when an October one became available. Which from the last email December pledges were going to be fulfilled ahead of Oct orders.
I contacted them two weeks ago and was told it would be shipped by the end of November or early December. When Pono issued the #50 update with the direct link to my account, I checked it and it says mine it is waiting to be manufactured. What the heck does that mean???? Getting frustrated!

received my shipment email w/ tracking today for my "Oct. delivery" yellow player! finally!... it could arrive by tomorrow. been waiting for this since I pledged in March and decided to forgo getting the LE PJ chrome player considering it'll be worth a lot in the future kept sealed & using the standard yellow player & hearing the pono sound.. just a inside look at the email all backers receive when your player ships. link to download the PonoMusic World app (beta) on Windows/Mac. very similar to iTunes
