Yeah, but it's the AP, signed and numbered, limited to only 100.
Still deciding if I should pull the trigger and buy one or not.

$35 at the show and will be 35 here in the end of Nov

All prints are just $35 at the show. This is just the print. It's more due to it being signed and numbered I would guess but $200 is a lot of money.

Think I'll just wait for the show edition to be sold on here
  • I'm all for the money to go the artist and not the flippers, but that price is insane. I'd be shocked if these sold out.

I just can't swing it… had some personal tragedy this week, and as much as I would really like this poster, I can't do $200 for it… Sucks… Would have loved the AP… This poster and this show meant a whole lot to me… Would have framed this, I think, to commemorate the evening...

Anyone have a clearer picture of what's in the back of the poster? Is it Pearl Jam related?

As to the price, I'm guessing that's what his prints typically command? I'm not familiar with his work, but the Spokane FAILE was $225. And wasn't the Stockholm Stanley Mouse something ridiculous like $500? Both sold out!
  • Thats way too steep. Would loved to have owned one. Oh well.

I just find it funny street artists are selling "gig posters" for over 200 bucks, which they know over a thousand of these PJ prints were sold at the show for just 35 bucks. Not sure how many were saved for the 10club online sale. It's not an art print or a limited run of only 100 prints in existence.

If you check out Expressobeans & other sites, Faile & Stanley Mouse have been making & selling art for many years. Earliest Faile print on EB is back in '01. Stanley Mouse been making sweet art since '64. Nychos has works over on EB since '12. '12. :/

If this is your first time buying from Nychos, totally email them on how they will ship the print to you. http://forum.expressobeans.com/viewtopic.php?p=2820209&sid=b236e0dfea33073a8f74ac13597f6929#p2820209 "if anyone is thinkin of buyin at that price make sure and email them first so they pack it properly, speaking from previous experience"

Thanks for the images! I guess he decided to go non-PJ on the back. :-?
I'm done buying posters for shows I did not attend, but I'm always curious about poster artists that I'm not familiar with.

Can't imagine paying over $200 for this poster,
even if it is a Signed / Numbered AP!!
This one will be available in the shop for months for $35...
& may even end up in the next round of Mystery Tubes !!

I like the back so much more than the front.

Regarding the price, I think some artists just like to maintain a certain price point for all their work, even if it means they don't sell out. I still think this will sell out though; if it's not already.

I could see it if it was a variant and a low run of said variant, but this is insulting.

Higher pricing was brought up a bit yesterday in regards to the Cincy AP print sale. I don't blame artists one bit for raising prices on their AP prints. The Denver show prints that have been on ebay have all been selling for between $100 to $160. Why sell your AP print to someone for $50 when they'll just flip it for $150+. Nychos might as well sell them for $150 himself then. Even if they only sell half at $150, it's still more money than if they sold them all, for say, $50 a piece.

Hadn't thought of this before, I would say you're right.

I guess as usual, those of us who don't flip feel ripped off, but the sun will rise again.

Same reason I have no issue paying $275 to Neil Young for a premium seat, which I have to pickup at will call... fuck the scalpers, I would rather pay Neil
