I don't think Aaron Rodgers acknowledges the other members of PJ. He said "He [Eddie] was unbelievable the other night, I mean [the fact that] him and his band could play 36 songs..." He only really said "Pearl Jam" once in the entire interview but he says "Eddie" at least 6 times. Not trying to bash or anything, I'm just pointing it out, think it's sort of funny. I would rather hear Jason Grilli talk about PJ. Seems like a cool enough guy.
Pearl Jam is not Eddie's band, Eddie is the leader of the band. It's a small but important distinction.
Before everybody starts attacking me for "dissing" Aaron Rodgers, I have five letters for you: R - E - L - A - X. Relax. We're going to be OK. I don't think Aaron cares about somebody saying he should acknowledge the band as much as the band's frontman.

I think this is the way he views himself.... It is him doing all of it. no respect for his receivers or running backs or linemen I think some former players have said as much.

I hate to get defensive here but this is just way wrong, Rodgers is constantly praising his team mates and coaches.
I believe you are referring to Greg Jennings, basically GB didn't offer him enough money so ever since he has been taking jabs at all of GB, not just Rodgers.
And unfortunately this is how most fans view PJ, when I come home from a show my mom always says "what songs did HE sing", we took a first timer with us to Moline and after the show it was "yeah I didn't know most of the songs but it was so fun watching HIM jump around and do HIS thing".
Of all the songs he could've requested the guys to play in Milwaukee, he picks an EV solo song. What a rubber.

Aaron Rodgers is fine and is an amazing quarterback. And this is coming from a Bears fan, who is bred to hate anything green and gold. It's not his fault they drafted him.
True... I've seen him wear band tee shirts without having the required background knowledge for said bands.

He doesn't sound like a huge fan (alt nation was pushing the PJ theme and he wasn't really biting... i bet alt nation wanted him to start listing songs other than the most obvious radio hits). Which is fine. He's a casual PJ fan. Great.

I think he is the leader of the band and a member of the band. They aren't mutually exclusive.
