Gravity that movie was really something. I felt it like I was in space myself #:-S wobbling around in all eternity...yikes0

Well it wasn't that, I just didn't get into it. I don't think I was in the right mood. I'd hate to see something bad to a horse too, though. Probably good that I stopped watching it.Annafalk said:

Escape Plan
I thought it was pretty entertaining actually. I didn't expect that. With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata0 -
Escape Plan. Growing up in the 80's, I can't turn down a movie with Arnold and Stallone in it. About what I expected, a cheesy action flick.0

Exactly. I liked it even though it isn't very good.WhatYouTaughtMe said:Escape Plan. Growing up in the 80's, I can't turn down a movie with Arnold and Stallone in it. About what I expected, a cheesy action flick.

I also saw Adult World. Really enjoyed it.With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata0 -
Two Guns.
Thought it was awful, but expected that. The love he receives is the love that is saved0 -

On another long-haul flight at the weekend:
Inside Llewyn Davis
Out Of The Furnace
Cuban Fury
Transcendence
Trying to fight through the jet lag yesterday:
Elysium
I really enjoyed Inside Llewyn Davis, Out Of The Furnace and Cuban Fury. Transcendence was ok but could have been a lot better. Elysium was better than I was expecting“Do not postpone happiness”
(Jeff Tweedy, Sydney 2007)
“Put yer good money on the sunrise”

"La Vie d'Adèle", Palme d'Or 2013 (Cannes festival). I don't know if there is an english version of it but this is a very good film...it describes the Adele's life when she discovers her homosexuality. Simple, real, brutal sometimes but so true..."We were but stones, ...Your light made us stars"0

The fifth element ..good sci-fi with Bruce willis, based loosely around alien astronaut theory( lulu/annunaki etc) and Planet X well that's what thought anyway!0

Draft Day. Put it on at about Midnight on Friday night....I guess what I can say is at least I stayed awake through the end. Pretty ridiculous conceptually and even though I like the actors it was pretty darn boring. The love he receives is the love that is saved0

Oh man, I don't know if i could even handle watching that. It's pretty much NFL propaganda since the NFL let them use their logos and likeness.F Me In The Brain said:Draft Day. No Cameras Allowed. Documentary about how this guy, Marcus, snuck into various music festivals. Reminded me of certain RF projects from old 10 club members.

Don Jon. I thought it was funny. Not boring, so not bad at all.Post edited by PJ_Soul onWith all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata0
