    I ordered mine on Friday July 11th.

    I don't know if they were available the whole time or if they in fact sold out on the 10th & then 10C put them back up in the shop sometime on the 11th.

    Mine has arrived in the UK today, but I have to go and pay those nice customs people £12 first, before they will let me have it!!

    They were up until the night of Saturday July 12th. And then they disappeared into the ether.
