We have been making our own lately. Use non-frozen wings, baked in oven, then drenched in Red Bone Alley's Hot Yaki sauce. One of our favorite meals... Yum!

Some places in Buffalo can be better from time to time, but the goodness fluctuates on who is making them. Out of towners, I bring to Duff's because I know they are going to be top-rate.

If you find yourself in South Buffalo on a Saturday between 9-12 at night, stop in to Doc Sullivan's and ask for me, Ray. I bartend there, and although I may seem biased for stating earlier that they had the best wings, they've been my favorite since before I began working there.
If you do indeed stop in and you've never tried the wings there, I will buy you a single order of your choice of wing. Sound like a deal? Oh, and we will take over the jukebox.
Also, I'll do the same at the Hop Inn but you have to come see my band, Wooden Waves, play there next Friday, May 31st (shameless plug) in order for me to buy you an order of wings.
Cavallo's in New Hartford, NY. Growing up in NY I had wings from all over the place, but Cavallo's has the biggest and best tasting wings you'll ever try. Be warned that a trip to the ER might ensue due to your arteries hardening as you eat. Worth every ounce of pain!!
