Which bootlegs are you listening to right now?

Saskatoon '11

Instellar Overdrive/Corduroy open here. It's another bright start with All Night, God's Dice and Got Some to follow. All Night is very cool, God's Dice recovers from the slight false start - Ed starts to early and has to hold his note as the drums kick in. The good form continues with excellent performances of In My Tree, Dissident and Untitled/MFC. Red Mosquito and Nothing As It Seems is a good pairing then follows a couple of Yield tracks in Given To Fly and Evolution. A real rarity is next in the form of In The Moonlight - receiving only it's 2nd ever play. Black makes a rare appearance in the main set and then follows a heavy ending to the set, first with Setting Forth leading into a blistering Not For You complete with Modern Girl tag and then (again another rare main set slot) Alive. Awesome main set.

Small Town opens the first encore and is followed by Just Breathe. After Unthought Known is Even Flow. It's an unusual spot but awesome nonetheless. As you'd expect. Betterman with I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend and Save It For Later tags closes the first encore. The second encore starts with a cover of The Guess Who's Runnin' Back To Saskatoon. Unfortunately Ed doesn't know alot of the lyrics, so Mike takes over frequently. At the end of the song Ed admits his error and says he'll get it right next time. Why Go and The Fixer are next up. Ed then says he is still thinking about his fuck up on "....Saskatoon" and invites anyone up who can sing it better. A guy called Brian in the crowd gets up and then the band play the song again with Ed on backup vocals. Ed sings the last verse on his own and changes the lyrics to be about Mudhoney. The encore gets back on track with Porch. The band let go with Baba O'Riley and it's left to Mike with Yellow Ledbetter to close the show.

Fantastic main set but the encores again didn't match up for me.

You won't be disappointed with that one. One of the best, if not THE best, bootleg of the 2013 tour in my opinion.

High energy show, extremely tight show by the band with virtually no errors and who were in a great mood that night, and an excellent set list that flows almost perfectly.

I'm really not trying to sound biased because I was there, but it is an excellent boot. My favorite part of the show is after Let The Records Play, Ed addresses the crowd and there is about a minute stall because the crowd just takes over with a very loud ovation - much louder than at Hartford. Ed turns to Jeff and says, "See Jeff, I told you we should come down here and play more often."

And Baba O'Riley that night was crazy. The place sounded like there 60,000 people there. The entire band, even Stone, were jumping up and down during the intro to the song.

Severely underrated show and probably the best boot of 2013 in my opinion. Damn, I'm gonna give it a spin myself.

I'd like to be listening to London 7-13. Is that ever being released?
