The fun is in the anticipation, the arrival of the package, and the opening. I don't expect to get a Mansfield 1998 in my mystery tube.
I'll gladly take one, though.
Absolutely. Thank goodness these are much cheaper than the mystery boxes - I did have some buyer's remorse after hitting submit for the MB. But 30.00 is not going to break me and when I got the MB I was so excited - i snuck out a hoodie then i waited, it was overwhelming. When I get the MP, i know i'll be just as excited on receiving, opening, etc. Kinda like Christmas morning for adults. :bz

Everyone is getting so overly excited about getting 1998 posters...I think one person will end up with a 98 (though to be wrong would be amazing...)
I foresee a ton of 2009-2013 posters, which I also hope is wrong! I hope we get some super cool stuff!

Happy if it is one that I dont have and I like. Dont care on the year....love the excitement of the anticipation.
I like the EMEK wave poster from 06. That is one of the few posters of a show that I haven't been to that I would hang on the wall. I'd even take the artist one without the PJ on it.
I need the 2 posters from the '98 shows at Seattle's Memorial Stadium... and I'll have ALL of my show posters:
Would love to see a few of these babies pop up in the Mystery tubes!!!
That first Ames is my holy grail. Almost bought it a couple of years ago but held off. A chance at getting it at a reasonable price is 1/2 the reason I bought the tube. The other 1/2 is maybe I can get something good enough to trade someone for it. I remember seeing it at a merch booth and thinking "eh", not gonna spend the money. I'd give my left nut for one now (figuratively speaking of course)!!
Successfully refraining from the mystery box killed what little willpower I had. This time they got me! :-)
Haha glad I'm not the only one. I even held off all day and would have been successful if not for them going back in the shop. Ah well, let the good times roll.

I got my HOLY GRAIL a few years ago: The Ward Sutton from the '96 Seattle / Key Arena show:
If I can ever get my hands on these 2 - hell, I'd even settle for just the Ames Bros. poster since it has both days listed:
I'd be a VERY HAPPY man... I'm keeping my balls out of it though )

The last line of the listing makes me think that there is some level of rarity to every order. But I may just setting myself up for disappointment by thinking that.
I know I probably won't get any of the rarities that I'm searching for, but who knows. Maybe I'll get that 98 Knoxville I've been trying to find - went to the show and bought the poster, and then it was destroyed during a hurricane a few years later. :(

Didn't wait out to 3am to get the 10c news and I wake to my surprise an aussie could order a mystery and they were still available. Too good to be true. Bet u my tube has a punch in the face just to keep me honest. That being said hope I get the 89 Melbourne corner hotel poster. No logical reason why these don't exist :-B
I feel bad for anyone that scores the 2010 Indianapolis poster.
One man's trash....poster has sentimental value for us hoosiers
Great show! Horrible poster. I've been to many shows in Indy over the years and loved them all! I have the 1998 Deer Creek poster, but the 2010 is just nasty. Still have memories of the almost tornado that came before the show.
Do you know what it's like to fall in the mud and get kicked... in the head... with an iron boot? Of course you don't, no one does. It never happens. Sorry, Ted, that's a dumb question... skip that.
If anyone gets a Barrie '98 poster and wants to part with it . . . let me knnow! >-

Wouldn't it be really FUNNY if I received the 98 Greenville, SC poster?
(Which is the same as the Birmingham, AL poster I believe)
