    The new Butterfinger cups (like reese's peanut butter cups but with a Butterfinger filling) are really good. I have a sweet tooth so I'm probably not the most impartial judge of what is good and not so good candy or candy bars.
    I've got a fever, and the only prescription is more cowbell.

    I may have been mistaken - I thought I heard Minneapolis Fireworks were moved to St Paul. But it looks like St Paul's Fireworks that have been moved from Harriet Island to the State Capital Mall. Can anyone confirm Minneapolis Fireworks will go on as planned?

    Powderhorn Park has cancelled their Fireworks...

    I really like Fireworks! Sometimes, it's the best part of a baseball game!

    I googled mpls fireworks 2014 and according to the parks and recreation board they report Friday @10pm waterfront along the river . I tried to post the link but, no luck. Not sure how accurate it is from when it was posted about 8 hours ago.

    That river is the St. Croix River. I lived right by it growing up in little ol St. Croix Falls, WI (population 1,500). It's about 30 miles north of Stillwater on the WI side. Check out interstate park for a great day trip. The WI side of the park is better than the MN side.

    Roseville and Little Canada put on a pretty good show
