Whats the deal with temporarily out of stock, i mean, i get it, but whats the real deal. Is it late released blocks or what?

Sorry if its a question already answered, any thoughts appreicated.

    As far as I know, 'temporarily out of stock' means that people have tickets in their cart that have not been paid for, and when/if they are released back, they are still up for grabs.
