    So do we each need to contact Nugs for the cd that was not sent in the box? (Charlottesville disc 2 - Charlotte sent inside Charlottesville in error)

    Arrived in the SW of the UK.

    Package had been opened by Customs for inspection but thankfully they left the boot box itself sealed.

    That's the weekend sorted for me........

    Did you play the CD? The label is correct on the disc, it's the media that's wrong.
    Settings > Signature Settings > Hide Signatures Always

    Still nothing! Wish they had offered tracking on these packages. Especially those packages shipped from USA to Canada.

    I miss you Kufala. It never took this long to receive my Pearl Jam bootleg CD's in the mail. Less then a week TOPS, from California to Nova Scotia with them. Now? Higher shipping price and over a month plus wait time? :/

    I thought I read that they were going to issue a new disc automatically...no?

    What's the usual turnaround time to get a reply back from Nugs? Sent them an email and still haven't received a reply back. :/

    About 3 days. Do we have to contact them about the wrong cd or are they supposed to send out a replacement anyway?

    They said that they would send them automatically, but a fuckup of this proportion I would have expected a professional response, like them sending an email to everyone who ordered and explaining the situation. But, I guess they couldn't be bothered.
