I think at least one of those will come through. If worse comes to worse I'll do the Ticketmaster thing or buy from a fan.

Happy Memorial Day bump!
Miss my grandpa today.0 -
My grandpa worked for British Intelligence in WWII. He helped smuggle scientists, teachers and government officials out of Nazi controlled Europe to neutral countries and England.
My dad did not serve in Vietnam but came about as close as you can get to going. After registering for the service and while waiting to board a bus for basic training the officer found out he was an elementary school teacher. The officer made him stay behind and got him out of duty because he was a rare male educator (1966 in rural Wisconsin). Thankfully that happened or I might not be here. It also made me choose elementary education as a career path.I've got a fever, and the only prescription is more cowbell.

My grandpa was a vet of ww2. Every year he hosted a big Memorial Day grill out at his house. He started the tradition in 1951 and did it every year until he passed in 2007.
Every year since, I fly his flag at my house and grill. Maybe one year I'll host a gathering and invite anyone and everyone like he did. This day holds special meaning for me and I'll be listening to "Come Back" and maybe "Say Hello 2 Heaven" later and shed a tear.
But for now, my Minnesota thread friends, I hoist one to Dougie and hope you all are enjoying your day!

I would definitely like to help out with the Preparty. I have contacted wishlist about organizing, but I didn't want to step on anyone's toes if there was a group that already wanted to do it. I run a local non-profit charity (Hope In Grace) that raises funds for pediatric heart disease research at the U...and would like to get them involved if I can. I am banking on St Paul's odds being lower because everyone is going to try and do the moline, st paul, milwaukee trio....and with moline being the harder ticket, most won't have st. paul numero uno unless you of course live here. Just trying to stay positive that those who have it #1 will be rewarded...evenflow82 said:Yea, I'm pretty concerned about tomorrow. :-/

You should be able to check your account in the afternoon, and the results will be emailed probably in the evening.evenflow82 said:Any idea when the results will be emailed to us?
Although, fair warning, the 2013 tour results didn't get done until well after midnight CST. I wouldn't expect that this tour would take that long, but the point is it will be awhile. Wrigley was done about an hour after it closed, but that was for one show. There are twelve shows.
I'll guess we have lottery results by, say, 6pm.
