The Offspring

I'm a fan of Smash & Ixnay for nostalgic reasons but I've grown out of them since, but i stay interested in where they're going with their work. They're a respectable mainstream band.

4 or 5 great tracks is nice but there's other bands are releasing albums full of great tracks.

Pretty cool. Offspring, Bad Religion and Pennywise touring together. And The Offspring playing "Smash" in it's entirety.

Not the biggest Offspring fan, but last night, there was a pre-sale for the Toronto show at Echo Beach on Thursday, August 7. There was a small amount of $20 tickets and I was able to buy three of them (as opposed to pay $64/ticket). One of my biggest steals ever and I couldn't happier to see The Offspring playing Smash in its entirety with support from Bad Religion, Pennywise and The Vandals.

I agree. Not too bad. They do have some great stuff. I love the smash and Ixnay on the hombre albums.

I always forget about them, and yet Smash was played endlessly by my whole group of friends and bandmates at the time. But man, when pretty fly hit..........good god. that was one of the biggest creative nosedives in the history of popular rock.

Still like their first 4 albums though. Ignition, S/T, Smash, and Ixnay.

I wanted to see Offspring in 99 or 2000. But for some reason, no one wanted to go. everyone was more interested in a house party rather than a good concert and THEN hitting the house party.

pretty fly is just dreadful.......its hard to believe it was the same band
