Hey folks,

Philadelphia night 1 multi-cam is up for viewing for the world to see. I used Sony Vegas this time which is exactly 1000x better than powerdirector. It's such a difference that I'm going to re-do C'ville and Philly 2. Enjoy and I welcome the feedback to try and improve. I owe some friends some copies, so they will be forthcoming.

    Nice!

Would have liked a bit more rapid editing in some parts, but what do I know :)

Would love to help out sometime if you need help/assistance.

Attended this show. The best I've been to or atleast up there.

But Eddies voice is not that great listening to it afterwards.

That's a preference thing for sure. No one right or wrong. But the more pressing issue is usable footage. People shake and move while holding cameras so I try everything in my power to find steady hands. Not always possible but also if you only have 2-3 angles to choose from, you're stuck on a shot because it's the only one in the right spot or generally not jerking around.

He did some great work on this project people, go check it out. No other boot grew on me faster from 2013 than Philly 1 on the second listen. Great show and awesome work here!

yes I know. I've edited some PJ things using youtube footage. But not something of this length, organized or using raw material.

But for me, I pretty much need 4 angles to be "free" in the editing. 3 and you sort of stuck. Do you smooth out some of the shaking or just go with it?

But looks great! Will compare it to how I edited Animal, I got shit and Sonic reducer. Will be interesting!

If Ed's voice is that bad - why did you go all that way to attend a show?

Yes, I went all the way from Sweden to Philly for this concert knowing beforehand Eddies voice would not sound like it was in the best shape on the boot afterwards.

I checked out your work. Looked really well done. I think we just have different styles. When I watch, I like to absorb the angles before panning away. When there are rapid changes, I find it a bit distracting. Perhaps I'm just mellow in my old age.

BTW - I didn't think his voice sounded that bad
