imho the day brings (interiors) is one of the best songs ever written, featuring Mike McCready on solo

Yes. The Day Brings is just a beautiful, perfect song.
I've never seen them live, but I did see them perform The Day Brings on the CBC morning program of the time.....there must be some tape of it somewhere!

I love Brad. I liked them better with Jeremy Toback... because I like Jeremy Toback.
But, don't expect them to be anything like RNDM... RNDM is really, really GREAT!

Ditto. As I always say, I really WISH I enjoyed bands that others love but I can't stand. I always feel like I'm missing out. :P

    I does indeed!
I will say that I actually do like one Brad song: Brothers and Sisters. That's it. I've heard everything they've put out and nothing else grabs me.

Can we expect a new Brad album soon?

“I don’t see one in the near future. I was a little disappointed after the tour – we were supposed to come back and do festivals and whatnot, then our other member couldn’t do it [due to] Pearl Jam commitments. I think I just can’t do that anymore. I feel like I need to forge my own path.”

For Brad I'd start from the the beginning. All the albums are great. My faves though are " welcome to discovery park" ,and "united we stand"

Thanks for posting that. Great interview! Even though it sounds like Brad is on an extended hiatus, at least we can look forward to some new Stone tracks with Shawn on vocals.

Wow I cold have sworn Stone said during either the Moonlander or Lightning Bolt promotion periods in an interview that he was excited for more Brad. "Definitely, more Brad," and soon....

...yeah, I found it. In April of 2013 he said new a Brad album was in the works.
