    It took a bit for them to charge my card and I still haven't received email confirmation. I emailed and they said they have my order. I am hoping they are just making sure they can fill the orders before charging cards. I'd hate to get a cancelled order.

    just click on my account and it will say holds 4 review they are just making sure nobody ordered more than one before they start confirming orders

    I was at the deli counter on my phone when I saw this. Just ordered as a guest. Got my order number and card finally charged. Just no email. Not too stressed. Just hoping they can fill them all.

    I did the same thing, I sent them an email and they said my order was fine. So I'm sure it's all good, email confirmations will probably go out later.

    I think above poster was right. I panicked when they didn't send anything or charge my card right away. Had my girlfriend order one just in case. They may be checking to see if people ordered multiples before sending out confirmations. They did charge my card but not hers and we live at the same address. Sounds like they are doing theright thing and trying to avoid flippers. if they do charge us both, I have an extra cake for sale at face value. Lol

    I may have ended up with an extra one in a panic... I tried to email them to explain, but have been charged for both as of now.
